SOCIAL FACILITIES FOR EMPLOYEES OF PGE'S (EDF'S) EXTERNAL COMPANIES IN KRAKOW

In 2010, Hepamos designed and constructed a two-floor office building. The usable surface of the object is approximately 1380m²
In 2018, given the good cooperation in the previous project and thanks to the opportunity to participate in a new tender – as general contractor, Hepamos designed and built a complete social facility with an surface of approximately 320 m². The facility has a dining room, a washroom, two toilets, a heat exchange room and 12 cloakrooms designed for a total of 148 people. The building has been fully equipped with all necessary components, including tables, chairs, as well as kitchen equipment. The facility was connected to external networks and made with complete internal installations:
- wiring
- water pipes
- sewage system
- heating
The facilities were granted an occupancy permit and meet all the technical conditions required in public buildings.
In 2019, as part of the second stage, we completed the superstructure of the social facility. Thanks to well-thought-out solutions during the first stage, the superstructure was made in a very short winter time. Well thought-out modular solutions allowed for trouble-free connection of the ground floor with the first floor. The total usable area of both floors is approximately 640m². As in previous projects, Hepamos acted as the General Contractor of the investment and all positive employees underwent strict internal training.
Each of the projects received a separate use permit, and the entire facility meets all technical conditions required in public buildings.
